The Langenegger Mountain Cheese mild is the gentlest variant of our Bregenzerwald mountain cheese range. Made from 100% silo-free raw hay milk and aged for at least 3 months, it impresses with afine-creamy, harmonious taste, which is particularly popular among families, gourmets, and international cheese lovers.
Its young maturity gives it adelicate texture, a subtle alpine spice, and a pleasantly mild note, making it versatile – ideal for breakfast, sandwiches, light dishes, or as a gentle introduction to the world of Austrian mountain cheese.
The cheese is anatural product, free from genetic engineering and additives, naturally lactose-free, and carries theAMA quality sealfor certified Austrian quality.
