🌿 Langenegger Herb Cheese – The Pure Alpine Spice

Pure nature that you can taste. For this cheese, the naturally ripened wheel is rolled in a fine mixture of aromatic herbs from Provence. The essential oils of the herbs penetrate deep into the rind during ripening, giving the cheese a wonderfully spicy aroma.
The taste:Aromatic, fresh, and "green". The herb rind is edible and provides the perfect "crunch" in contrast to the tender melting interior.
Enjoyment tip:Perfect on fresh farmhouse bread or as a companion to a glass of wine.
