This award-winning cheese is made from 100% silage-free raw hay milk, which is unprocessed and unpasteurized, resulting in a full-bodied, authentic flavor.
The quality of this cheese has been awarded multiple times: Gold medals at the Kasermandl in 2021, 2023, and 2024, Silver at the Käsiade in 2025, and at the World Cheese Awards 2024 in Viseu, Portugal.
